Liz’s Bio
Liz Hargreaves was one of the first women to be promoted as Business Lending Manager in Australian Banking. She rode the career rollercoaster until 2010 when she found conscious leadership. Stepping onto this personal development path was the beginning of her lasting success. Today Liz will share her discoveries with you.
In the 1980’s Liz was one of the first women working in Australian Banking industry and had many challenges in that industry because it was dominated by men. There are still challenges in Banking because women are still making less money than men for doing the same job. The Banking industry is a lot better for women but there are still ways to go for equality for women. Now Liz’s passion is to support women working in the banking industry by passing on the knowledge she learned so women can be successful in meeting the challenges in the workplace.
