This Pandemic (COVID-19) is one of the most significant challenges that humanity has ever experienced. Every day, some people are losing jobs; some are losing lives. This Pandemic has brought negative impacts to our lives in different aspects, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally.

So, the concern is, how can we stay healthy during this Pandemic? Here are some essential tips that you should follow:

Maintain Proper Hygiene. Proper hygiene can protect not just yourself but also the people around you, especially your family. Please wash your hands frequently, and when you are going outside, do not forget to wear a mask, bring sanitizer or alcohol with you, and maintain physical distancing. You might become infected by touching things contaminated with viruses, so keeping your surroundings always clean is also essential.


Exercise Regularly. Daily exercise will not just boost your immune system, but it will also help individuals to reduce stress. Remember, you do not have to go to the gym to do this. You may run or jog around your house, or you may have your home exercise and aerobics routine. Stop smoking and excessive alcohol drinking. Try to avoid unnecessary things or activities that might weaken your body system.


Eat Nutritious Food. During this time, it is a must to eat mostly fruits and vegetables. These foods are a great source of nutrients and minerals. It can protect us from viruses and other diseases. Try to avoid unhealthy foods such as canned goods, caffeine, or alcohol. Drink water, at least eight glasses of water to prevent dehydration. Always keep in mind that a healthy lifestyle is essential for our mental and physical health.

Get Enough Sleep. Lack of quality sleep weakens our body system, and it might cause you stress, anxiety or even depression. Ensure you have an adequate sleep that will give you the energy you need for the day. It will also make your mood brighter and happier. It helps not just our emotional wellness but also strengthens our mental health.

Always Have A Positive Mindset. Adjusting to this new normal is quite tricky and stressful. But you have to keep in mind that everything has an end, and we need a positive outlook in life to be at our best. It would help if you connected with your family and friends because they are your support system during this difficult time. It would help if you were productive. You have to make time and appreciate yourself more. And most importantly, you must share this positivity with others. Don’t let this Pandemic stop you.


Here are critical tips to remember Relax, Breathe, Slow down, and Smile. There is hope, and there are many things to be grateful for right now. It is an excellent time for you to discover new things, grow as a person and be the best version of yourself.
